Self Acceptance is Reconciling with your Inner Child

It is through the process of recovering and embracing these shielded parts of ourselves that we can achieve not only the harmonisation of our emotional and mental selves, but also the union of our higher self with our inner child. This journey of self-discovery and acceptance often involves revisiting our childhood experiences and understanding how they have shaped our current behaviors and emotional responses. Thus, by acknowledging and integrating our past experiences, we can foster a deeper connection with our inner selves.

How our Inner Child Program works

The way the program is structured, it is available to those whom have either gone through their  phase of debriefing the event through talk therapy and are now seeking change on a deeper level, or for those whom are now looking to create an intervention within themselves of dysfunctional patterns. A level of emotional and mental stability is required to undergo the process.

Model of Care

PSPYCHOTHERAPY- COACHING & COUNSELLING

This can be an intuitive process, that differs for each individual. Certain areas of life are talked about and information can also be offered to challenge, confront and provoke greater awareness and understanding.

HYPNOTHERAPY

This is a powerful modality that uses a method of deep creative visualisation. This technique accesses the subconscious and superconscious, creating an internal environment necessary for applying specific exercises and therapy techniques. The goal is to bring about the desired change from within.

REFLECTIVE MEDITATION & INTEGRATION CALLS

Self meditation exercises used to enhance and support your progress during the first phase of the program.

The Integration calls are also to support your process.

Multidimensional Model of Self

Psychospiritual Transformation

The multidimensional model of self allows for a personalised approach that aims to challenge the layers of identity. At the very basic level of multidimensionality, it can be understood that:

1.  We have a Physical Body

2.  We exist within an Energy Field

3.  We are an Energy Field

4.  We are a part of  a Greater Universal Energy Field

SELF
INNER WORLD
Model of the Psyche

1:  Lower Unconscious - The Shadow

Where repressed and traumatic memories reside. Also associated with necessary, functional drives, and basic psychological functions. The Shadow also represents unconscious behaviours or blind spots that hinders one's existence. Can be incoherent with the ego ideal.

2:  Middle Unconscious - Personal Unconscious

Close to what is our normal waking consciousness and easily accessible.

3:  Higher Unconscious - Superconscious

The elements of “transpersonal” experience that connect us to others, to the larger universe and the world of spirit.

4:  Field of Consciousness - Personal Consciousness

The contents that were once conscious but have become stored away, forgotten or repressed. Can be accessed if needed to be.

5:  Self or "I"

"I" is the reflection or projection of Self that possesses  awareness and personal will.

6:  Higher Self
An illuminated essence that is the source of  internal wisdom and guidance that can exist beyond the control of the conscious personality.

7:  Collective Unconscious

The etheric intranet that all humans can access as the shared hive mind of knowledge of humanity all over the globe and through the ages of time.

The goal of Inner Child Union (ICU) is to facilitate Psychosynthesis, a process that shapes the psyche to enable all facets of the multidimensional self to function in harmony. This process enhances higher-order thinking, stimulates the creative faculties associated with wisdom and intuition, and integrates ego states. The ultimate aim is to effect a change in one’s overall personal energetic template, heart radiance, and coherence.
ICU emphasizes that identity is not fixed but is capable of transformation, thereby affecting one’s overall personality.

ICU operates on the premise that the ‘inner child’—the part of our unconscious where childhood memories and beliefs reside—holds the original beliefs and behavioural programs. These can be accessed through interventional therapy. This approach interrupts programmed responses, scripted thoughts, and limiting beliefs, providing an opportunity for areas of the self that were not fully developed or matured due to limited access to internal or external resources to update themselves with new information.

This process of updating with new information is assisted by the superconscious or what many refer to as the higher self, where the connection to the imagination faculty and the adult conscious self of the present, brings in new awareness and understanding to shape one’s life to allow for the self-expression of the authentic self.

The ICU model of Inner Child Therapy uses specialised therapy techniques and instructions that create an internal platform and environment within, allowing clients to identify and access specific information through the unconscious mind. The adult self of today, coupled with their own creative process, makes the connection with the root cause of ongoing problems and unwanted behaviours and dissolves them in a creative way.

The adult self of today, coupled with their own creative process, makes the connection with the root cause of ongoing problems and unwanted behaviours and dissolves them in a creative way.

With direction from the ICU therapist, the ‘child part’ is given the appropriate needs to create an internal union of acceptance with self and the assimilation of that state within. Essentially, the client is guided through the unwanted feelings or behaviours to the desired emotional freedom, thus creating new self-concepts and beliefs, and learning new ways of “re-parenting” oneself.

Counterbalance of old patterns, events and emotional coding.

Under compassionate guidance and direction, the client undergoes a process that addresses unwanted feelings or behaviours. This process is linked to the ‘child part’ of the individual, aiming to elicit desired emotional freedom. This journey fosters the creation of new self-concepts and beliefs, along with the learning of ‘re-parenting’ oneself. The ‘child part’ is provided with appropriate ‘needs’, leading to an internal union between the adult self and the assimilated state of the Inner Child.

The Benefits of Our Inner Child Program

Interrupting Life Scripts

By recreating new life scripts we can break down the process of personifying self and living from the false self to a more equanimous way  of seeing situations of our life experience in  a  deeper, pure and mature way of processing the external and internal world feedback along with a much more harmonised narrative.

The Re-Shaping of Personality

Identifying certain personality impediments in one's own ways of being, that hinder relationship dynamics, overall health and wellbeing and  allowing  of the harmonisation of one's personality, identity and  being. Moving out of victim consciousness from "react, attack and defend" to become more centred in being a responder. Personalities can also change at different stages of life.

Balancing of the Masculine and Feminine Energy

We all have a combination of both of these energies, however, they can carry a distorted view thus impacting the individual essence of self. They are given a fresh new outlook that sets an internal balance of both and resulting in a better use of personal energy.

Enhance Intuition and Creativity

The exercises allow for a flow between the layers of the psyche that mean there is less distortion and can result in enhancing whatever natural abilities you have. From this you may experience feeling that you are making better decisions with much more trust and certainty.

Self Acceptance

Self acceptance is an important part of authenticity. The focus of Inner Child integration, is to gather the parts of the self that are heavily protected that were some how fractured, confused, disrespected, neglected, dismissed, abused, hurt, afraid and more.

Strengthening the HeartMind Connection

Identifying certain personality impediments in one's own ways of being, that hinder relationship dynamics, overall health and wellbeing and  allowing  of the harmonisation of one's personality, identity and  being. Moving out of victim consciousness from "react, attack and defend" to become more centred in being a responder. Personalities can also change at different stages of life.

Identifies Shadow Behaviours

Understanding how the shadow self surfaces and the impact it can have on our ways of being and doing.  Holding the shadow self accountable and developing responsibility for the shadow self.

Build More Resources

Build internal and external resources to use in life to feel more self assured, and able to set better boundaries. Expand on your current knowledge resource or continue to look and draw other development or resources to assist with furthering self.

A heart Centred Approach

Each individual participant of the program, is seen as a possibility of what they would like to become. We all have a past, and feel that our past defines who we are in our overall heart and soul. This is not the case. Many individuals limit their potential to offload the old layers of self, based on the notion that they allow their past to dictate their now. Fear, guilt and shame, are the main drivers for limiting one's self awareness, expansion and potential.

“Spiritual puberty” is a novel concept in the evolution of the “conscious self” model. It refers to an additional energetic process that pertains to the advancement of the heart centre, combined with the evolved unconscious parts of the psyche. Inner Child Therapy, while being an integrative therapy, is also essential for individuals at various stages of cognitive, emotional, and spiritual development. When we align the heart centre with the ego and the intellect, we begin to perceive and experience life in a completely different way, thus becoming spiritually mature.

The ability to hold an additional core energy concept of the new human self is part of the evolutionary process. This process of spiritual maturity begins with the integration of the ego. Similar to the original process of puberty experienced in childhood, a similar process of a spiritual nature takes place. This process can be metaphorically likened to how the challenges, disruptions, struggles, and hardships faced during puberty were handled. It’s as if a second opportunity arises for that period of life transitioning from child to adult, which can be re-patterned with a completely different template of resources and emotional, physical, behavioural, and intellectual structures. This helps to shape the personality into a much more integrated being. The intention of this process is the opportunity for the individual and the collective of humanity to evolve into a state of more heart-centred related being.
